On the 28th of April, 2026, Ankole Demonstration Zoo, together with our partner Uganda Wild Life Authority and 10 selected schools in the entire Western Region, held a Wildlife Conservation and Cultural Promotion Campaign workshop that took place at the Ankole Demonstration Zoo Facility. The function was colourful. Special thanks go to the management and staff of the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities, Uganda Wildlife Authority, Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre, Conservation Area, all the participants and the entire Government of the Republic of Uganda for having created an enabling environment for social and economic development in the Tourism Sector.
